A DAY IN THE LIFE
10:00 — Arrival & Morning Check-in
With our flex-time system, you can arrive on your own schedule. Head to the free drink corner where you'll find coffee, cappuccino, chococino, café latte, espresso, cocoa, miso soup, corn soup, hojicha tea—the lineup is so good, you'll have a hard time choosing every morning. "Cappuccino today?" "Nah, it's cold out—corn soup!" Pick whatever matches your mood! Settle in with your favorite drink, check today's tasks and team updates on Slack, and a simple "Good morning!" kicks off the day.
10:30 — Sales List & Proposal Preparation
The morning is focus time. Research target companies and create AI product proposals. "What angle should we use for this client?"—having a professional consultant right next to you accelerates your growth. Your materials are used in actual client meetings.
12:00 — Lunch (Weekly Free Lunch!)
Once a week, the team enjoys a free lunch based on members' requests. Conversations range from the latest AI tech to favorite movies and games. The flat, open atmosphere regardless of title or seniority is Qualiteg's charm. Lunch often becomes a treasure trove of unexpected ideas.
14:00 — Client Meeting or MTG
The afternoon is action time. Sit in on actual client meetings and witness professional negotiation and proposal skills in real time. "Why this order of discussion?" "How do you read the client's reaction?"—frontline business insights you can't find in any textbook. At first, cutting-edge AI terms like LLM, RAG, and fine-tuning might sound unfamiliar, but as you attend more meetings, they'll start to click. Before long, you'll find yourself thinking, "This client's challenge would be a great fit for that AI solution." That tangible sense of your own growth is what makes this internship truly rewarding.
16:00 — Review & Feedback
One-on-one feedback time with your mentor. What went well today, what you noticed, what could be improved—everything is openly reflected on. "Why this strategy?" "How are global companies approaching this?"—direct feedback from seasoned professionals with global experience provides perspectives you simply can't get in a classroom. And this isn't a one-way lecture—it's fully interactive. Words you didn't catch during the meeting, how the latest AI technologies actually work, the reasoning behind a consultant's negotiation tactics—"What did that term mean?" "Why did you choose those exact words at that moment?" Ask anything, no question is off-limits. The kind of deep, real-world insights that you'll never find on the internet or social media—here, they're just part of the everyday conversation.
19:00 — Head Home
Reflect on the day's learning as you leave. "My proposal made the client smile today." "That negotiation technique was amazing."—experiences you'll want to tell your friends about. Tomorrow brings new challenges, and you head home with excitement for what's next.

We are looking for candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, in their 3rd year or above.
Essential requirement: Basic computer proficiency—that's it.
"I don't know much about AI." "I have no consulting experience." "I'm new to business."—No problem at all.
